Money, also known as acid, is the root of all evil and character progress in Heat Signature. Your current balance can be checked by pausing using the Space Bar. While your character's Liberation progress will eventually be slowed down due to your success, you will still be able to make as much money as the mission board offers you.
How to earn[ | ]
- Money is earned by completing missions, especially those with additional clauses.
- Always be on the lookout for blue crates with the money symbol on them. These provide a small monetary boost.
- When possible, secure ships and take them to a friendly base. Selling them also provides a small boost.
- Money can also be obtained by selling spare gadgets and weapons in your inventory or stash. Common items like the Wrench however, will not sell for a profit.
